Thomas is a researcher from the United States exploring the transformation former public institutional buildings in Tbilisi, Georgia. He completed his BSD in Architecture at Arizona State University in 2017. He is a director of INHABIT! post-Soviet Tbilisi which is taking initiative in re-examining and repurposing former public buildings for contemporary use, while considering urban morphologies in the post-Soviet reality.
Thomas moderated the panel “New Economies, New Landscapes [Informalities]” during the symposium.
